These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the car rental and taxi services provided by Ganwal Car Rentals, located at RZ-62/C1, R-Block, Shiv Mandir Road, New Roshanpura, Najafgarh, New Delhi – 110043. By making a booking with us, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

We provide local taxi services, outstation trips, airport transfers, wedding and event cars, tempo traveller and group vehicles, and monthly or corporate car rental, primarily serving Najafgarh, New Delhi, Delhi NCR and outstation destinations across India.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and, where applicable, the required advance payment is received.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop locations, date, time and contact details.
• We will share the vehicle type and a fixed quote before the trip.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Fares are quoted before the trip and depend on trip type, distance, duration and vehicle category.
• Additional charges such as state taxes, toll charges, parking fees, night charges and driver allowance may apply and will be communicated in your quote.
• Payment can be made by cash, UPI or secure online payment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time. Waiting beyond a reasonable grace period may incur waiting charges.
• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, carrying illegal items, or any unlawful activity inside the vehicle is not allowed.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable to the customer.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle.

5. Drivers & Vehicles

• Our drivers are experienced and our vehicles are maintained and checked before trips. The specific vehicle or driver may change due to operational reasons, while keeping the booked category the same.
• For outstation trips, drivers follow applicable driving-hour and rest norms for safety.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ganwal Car Rentals will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle, missed flights, or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
