Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear and fair — here's when a booking can be cancelled and how refunds are processed.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Ganwal Car Rentals, RZ-62/C1, R-Block, Shiv Mandir Road, New Roshanpura, Najafgarh, New Delhi – 110043. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp at +91 96545 39593 or email ganwalcarrentals@gmail.com, quoting your booking details.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund of any advance paid, with no cancellation charge.
  • Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup: A cancellation charge of up to 25% of the booking amount may apply; the balance is refunded.
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup: A cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booking amount may apply.
  • No-show / cancellation after the driver has reported: No refund of advance, as the vehicle and driver were committed to your booking.

For wedding, event and long outstation bookings, specific cancellation terms may be agreed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by Ganwal Car Rentals

In the rare event that we are unable to provide a vehicle, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable alternative. If we cannot do so, any advance paid by you will be refunded in full.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • For online payments, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days after the refund is approved, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • For UPI or cash bookings, refunds are arranged via UPI or bank transfer.

Note: Statutory charges already incurred — such as tolls or parking paid before cancellation — may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule a booking subject to vehicle availability. Please request changes as early as possible. Rescheduling is usually free if requested with reasonable notice.
